1973 911 T

This car started life as a 1973 911 T. Pre Covid the car was refreshed and given a low key RS tribute vibe. The car has signs of having been raced prior to my ownership (based on the prior receipt history - race prep, ATL fuel cell, strut braces and Tarett Racing sways bars). Soon after my purchase the Valve seat cracked and dropped into cylinder number 6 and bad things happened. The day was saved though with an extensive engine rebuild with a hotrod street/race build spec. Engine Build: 3.2 short stroke based on a 3.0 case - Carrillo rods, new Mahle p&c 98mm 3.2 10.3.1 and twin plug 3.2 heads ported to match the Rasant ITBs, new bigger valves, titanium springs and assoc retainers, web cam 464/465 grind (similar to a DC40 Dougherty mod S) then new fan, oil coolers, arp head studs, oil fed tensioners, Patrick Motorsports headers and custom ti gt3 style 2 in and 2 out exhaust, all new hardware, engine shroud etc. Sachs clutch with dual mass flywheel, motec M84 ECU engine mgmt, coil on plug ignition, new wiring harness and Bosch fuel injectors. Dyno tuned by Ed Pink Racing. Pulled 298 hp and 271 ft/lb torque at the wheels and thus with 15% drive train loss about 335 at the crank.
